Soirée carabet et Poker Room à craquée, Jour 3 – CGF, Tallinn
April 29, 2017Action du samedi et challenge frisbee, Jour 4 du Cash Game Festival à Tallinn
April 30, 2017Day 4 early hours at Tallinn stop started with some overnight poker action. It is the usual occurrence at Cash Game Festival stops. Why to leave early when the table action is the best that local players have seen in a while. That is the beauty of the festival – no limits on poker variations and stakes can go as high as they need to go to keep our players happy 😉
According to Jason from Pokernews.com, even Indian poker was played at night; and a big action super DC (dealer’s choice) €5/€5 table was running throughout the night.
Moreover, day 3 second TV table continued till about 5 AM in the morning – the stream ended but the players did not want to end the good game.
We would also like to remind you that you can go to the Cash Game Festival Twitch channel and find all the previous episode there. Grab a beer and enjoy. Some TV table players also use this option to review their game and to better their skills. This is exactly why Roland Luik from Estonia participated on our live stream. A rising star in the Estonian poker community, he is feeling the urge to develop his game. A tournament player at heart, he found the TV table cash game action great.
Day 4 social side event started around 1 PM. Namely, the players were taken to test their skills at Disk Golf which is a flying disc game. For many, it was the first time to ever try the game.
Everybody jumped into taxis and off we went. The action at the Disc Golf centre was awesome. First, the players were practising the technique which was then followed by a good competition. Refreshments and drinks were being served as well. Cash Game Festival’s very own vlogger, the Frenchman from London, Maxime gave many of us the best laugh ever by just being his goofy self. Stay tuned for his daily vlogs filmed at Tallinn stop. Moreover, he also confirmed that he will be vlogging at Gibraltar stop as well. New vlog here.
In the end, everybody received a nice gift, a disc, from the Disc Golf centre. The ride back to the casino was in the worst snow storm of the season. I was hard to believe that it was almost May. Heavy winds were blowing and the falling snow was almost blinding. We did not order this weather, for sure. But we had to deal with it.
For some, the night ended with going clubbing – the epic Legendary Wednesday party series had already started the season and the party was taking place at Club Studio.
Our TV table streams, again, were two hours earlier than they would normally take place.
The first TV table was 1 €1/€2 no-limit hold’em, with a lady player Katja Mihno in seat 7. One day, it would be awesome to have one TV table stream called Cash Game Festival’s Ladies’ Night. Just a thought at this point.
Ryan Davey from UK decided to opt out from the first TV table. According to Pokernews.com Jason, he wasn’t feeling it that day. Instead, he was in the commentator booth with Brandon during the later stream, after which we also got an interview from him.
Moreover, Ryan has made great friends with Brandon during the festival. Later at night, Ryan was hanging out at the poker room bar, having drinks and good chats with some of the Cash Game Festival’s team members. He is also keen on coming to Gibraltar stop.
The second TV table was €5/€5 no-limit hold’em. Again, the table kept running after the live stream was over as the players did not express any interest in breaking off the game. And all poker tables were filled in the poker room … The promise of some good games.
Yours,
The Cash Game Festival Team
