The Cash Game Festival in London Again on 20th Sep – 24th Sep!

Now that the sunny Bulgaria stop is behind us, we would like to conclude the festival by saying that this stop was excellent in terms of poker and socializing. We filled the poker room at Platinum Casino and had several fun social activities organized for our qualifiers and for the players with Cash Game Festival hospitality packages. We took the players to a Bulgarian vineyard, to a fancy dinner, had them try go-kart racing and snorkeling etc. Of course, we also had our obligatory Saturday night’s VIP party. Moreover, we had new players joining CGF family. We are truly happy about it.
Also, the Bulgarian stop produced yet another epic prop bet with the Polish poker pro and Betsafe’s ambassador, Monika Zukowicz losing the bet and, as a result, having to drive all the way to from Bulgaria to Portugal in an old beautifully painted Slowball car in order to pick up the Portuguese take-away dish Chicken Piri Piri. To make the circumstances even more challenging, she will need to deliver the food, driving the same old car, to Cash Game Festival’s co-founder Martin Franke von Zweigbergk’s office in Tallinn, Estonia. Her road-trip started about a week ago and is expected to take 3-4 weeks altogether. So far, the car seems to be working, and Monika is having the time of her life. Now that autumn is approaching, we are very proud to announce that the Cash Game Festival takes place on 20^th Sept – 24^th Sept in the good old London for the second time in 2017. In fact, in 2016, our first ever international poker festival was launched there. The city has treated us well, so that we just keep going back. We are more than eager to return in September.

The festival, again, is hosted by Aspers Casino, Westfield Stratford City – London. Aspers Casino Stratford was opened in 2011. It is the biggest casino in London with the most poker tables around. In February, CGF’s record at Aspers was 28 simultaneously running poker tables. So, the expectations as to the number of cash game tables are sky high. The limits will start from £1-£2, with the possibility of going up to £25-£50. You can sign up for games and secure your seat at our live TV table HERE.
All in all, London is a fantastic city for a 5-day poker escape. It is modern and lively, offering something for everyone. It is full of historical and other wonderful sights, being a metropolitan that lures adventure seekers from across the world. Most importantly, the city has a very lively poker scene.
