April 11, 2018The Cash Game Festival here in Bratislava filled the poker room at Banco Casino Bratislava. Two words – full house – are what we love the most. Together with our Partners and the Casino, we are doing our best to bring you the cash games only festival that you love and deserve. Hopefully, this is the poker vacation to die for.
This poker vacation in Bratislava is great. The city is lovely, the Casino is comfortable, people are welcoming and the food is good. But this is just the beginning because the poker action is getting better as the weekend is approaching and more people are flying in to play at the festival. We are also expecting more visitors from nearby Austria. We need to practice German!
Normally, Thursday evenings are a bit more quiet at Banco Casino. However, yesterday, the Game Festival had nine tables running as of midnight. Not only that. Also, higher stakes games were available – €2/€5 no-limit hold’em, €5/€5 pot-limit Omaha, €10/€10 pot-limit Omaha, and €1/€2 Sviten Special (plays much like a €5/€5 game or higher due to the nature of the game).
What else do you do on a poker vacation. You eat, of course. And that we did. Last night, we took our players to a lovely dinner in a cozy restaurant near the Banco Casino. The room was filled with laughter and interesting conversations. At the same time, the food and drinks just kept coming and coming.
Do not forget to stay tuned to our live TV table action on our Twitch channel. On every day of the festival, there are 2 live poker sessions played under the watchful eyes of our cameras. These televised games start at 5.30 PM and 8.30 PM at Banco Casino. The games will be online on Twitch.tv with a 20-minute delay, at 6 PM and 9 PM respectively. Hosted by the British duo Henry Kilbane and George Sandford, these shows will be fun to watch.
And remember, we will have a special party tonight!
